The Graduate Energy Consultant role sits within the Energy element of the Savills Earth Team.  With over 90 energy and sustainability consultants operating across a UK network, Savills Earth is quickly developing into the largest zero carbon department in any mainstream real estate practice with a reputation for success and professionalism. Our energy services include, but are not limited to; feasibility studies, energy audits and due diligence on proposed and operational sites.  In addition we undertake valuations of energy assets, transactions of energy assets, negotiating commercial contracts between different parties (Lease Agreements, Energy Supply Agreements, etc) and strategic advice on energy infrastructure. 

As an Energy Team within a real estate company our USP is understanding how land and property is used, the value that is attributed to real estate and how low carbon energy solutions can enhance property values to justify investment in net zero solutions.  It is often the case that the best engineering solution for energy infrastructure is not the best property solution for the landlord or occupiers.  As such, it is within this space that the Savills Energy Team looks to operate in partnership with architects, planners, developers, funders and specialist engineering design firms to find net zero solutions that improve the social aspects of a project and enhance property values.
