This session is run by the International Student Support Team (ISST) for current registered international students at the University of Strathclyde who have a Tier 4 or Student visa who are looking at UK visa options for working in the UK after completion of studies.

We will cover points to consider before applying for a visa and by the end of the session, have an overview of other UK visa routes, including:

·         Graduate Visa Route

·         Innovator Founder Visa

·         Skilled Worker visa

·         Youth Mobility Scheme

·         Other UK visa options

Students will be introduced to where they can find further information on the above UK visa routes.

This session will not cover work conditions of Tier 4/Student visa holders or those granted Pre-Settled or Settled Status on the EU Settlement Scheme. Details of work conditions for international students can be found on our Working during studies webpage.
