What is it? Consulting Spotlights is a one-day, in-person experience open to penultimate and final year students, specifically geared towards attracting more diverse students into the application process.
A Consulting Spotlight day is designed to inspire students to want to apply as soon as possible as well as developing skills in the areas final year students typically lack such as Networking.

The day focuses on the IBM Consulting Associates Programme offering, enabling students to experience a real life consulting task, a showcase of IBM's most exciting technology, a deep dive of a specific area of interest tied to the title, an interactive session on Networking, application tips and Skillsbuild.  Students walk away inspired by what they see and with a vision of how they themselves can fit into IBM.

The Consulting Spotlights day taking place on 20^th October 2023 is aimed at Women in Data.
