The Black Girls Tech & Finance Summit is the largest global event that has brought together 10,000 Black women (Early careers & Experienced Professionals)  across 40 countries to connect with leading tech and finance employers such as Meta, Amazon, Snap Inc, Zalando, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, BT Group and many more through workshops, panels, interview pods and talks to access jobs and opportunities through multi day events in the UK, Germany, United States and West Africa.

​Welcome to The Grounding—a dedicated space for Black women to recharge, learn, connect, and thrive. This empowering event offers a supportive environment to uplift and inspire, featuring a rich mix of breakout sessions, workshops, roundtable discussions, and talks, alongside meeting recruiters from leading employers in tech and finance.

​For the first year we are combing our tech and finance summits AND hosting two seperate days so that we can welcome more of our community.
