This Lockin Pre-work Guidance Workshop is a career session tailored for Chinese Returnees. Senior overseas recruitment experts will give talks on:

necessary job-hunting knowledge for overseas returnees,

the analysis of prospects of different jobs and industries according to China’s present job market,

the way of writing resumes that applies to employers in China,
-
tips of passing the tests and interviews.

Speakers:
William Xie (GUCCU Managing Director): has 15 years’ experience in investment and consulting and global recruiting, and has led hundreds of Chinese enterprises to execute overseas talent recruitment programs. Companies he has served include: China Minsheng Banking Corp., Agile Property, China FAW Group Corporation, Hongkong Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC), Midea Corp., Hisense Corp., Nu Skin China, Didi Taxi, Audi China, FAW-Volkswagen, BOE Technology Group, Schindler China, China Southern Locomotive, etc.
William was responsible for the 80-Day Event For Talents From Overseas in 2015 -2024, leading and executing 500+ overseas campus career fairs. He leads the very first Global University China Career Union - GUCCU - working with the career centers of global universities and thousands of Chinese Employers to provide career help to Chinese overseas students as well as other international students and alumni who would like to seek opportunities in China.
Summer Yu (Lockin Senior Training Manager): Senior Training Manager of Lockin Global Training Department, responsible for career counseling for overseas students. Has worked as a talent planner in UK and China companies and got 8 years of overseas talent recruitment and training experience, with campus recruitment and career planning experience in finance, consulting, Internet, FMCG and other industries.
Jessica Lu (Lockin Regional Manager): Has participated in a great number of overseas talents recruiting projects of many of the world's top 500 companies and domestic top Internet companies, like CATL, CITIC and etc., with rich experience of career educating and project managing. Familiar with domestic recruitment process, especially rich experience and in-depth understanding of the current recruitment requirements and assessment of domestic enterprises for overseas students. Good at career coaching.
